Do you struggle with poor sleep? Stressful work/home environments? Migraines/Headaches? Choose this Swedish based treatment to really give yourself some space to unwind and decompress. Using long, slow strokes which encourages blood to the surface, increasing circulation and relaxing the nervous system, this allows the space for stress and tension in the body to dissolve. You will be left feeling well rested, with this type of massage akin to the same restoration that a long, deep sleep provides. I never work to one specific routine, but will always tailor each treatment to whatever you and your body needs at the time. Opting for a 90 minute treatment allows time to incorporate a foot massage/Indian head massage/Facial Massage, or feel free to request a blend of all three to be integrated throughout the 90 minutes.
